The Problem

They needed a professional site that showcased their work, a way to accept payments for consulting sessions, and an automated booking flow — and they needed it fast, not in six weeks after a design agency discovery phase.
What We Did
We built the entire setup in under 48 hours. A static site with case studies and clear positioning, deployed to production with a custom domain and SSL. Stripe payment processing wired to a Calendly booking flow — clients pay upfront, then pick a time slot, and the meeting link is generated automatically.
We also set up their Google Workspace for professional email, connected it to the booking system for calendar integration and video calls, and configured DNS across their domain registrar and hosting provider.
How We Thought About It
The typical approach to launching a consulting site involves a web designer, a branding exercise, a CMS, and weeks of back-and-forth. For a firm that already knows who they are and what they do, that's overkill. They didn't need a brand workshop. They needed to be online.
We used a static site generator for speed and simplicity — no CMS to manage, no database to maintain, loads fast, costs nothing to host. The payment and booking flow uses off-the-shelf tools connected together, not a custom-built system. The right approach here wasn't to build something from scratch but to wire the right pieces together quickly.
